Educational Excursion/Tour
At De-rock international school, Educational excursions, visits and trips are undertaken both locally and nationally. The purpose of these excursions, visits and trips is to enable the students to learn in a fun and build friendships, enhance social skills and gain cultural insights.

Conducive Learning Environment
The school learning environment is designed to ensure the smooth transition into Nigeria of Foreign higher education institutions. This includes well equipped environment, well-resourced library; modern science labs; an ICT suite with access to interactive whiteboards and latest technology, laptops for students, ample school grounds for our extensive programs of outdoor learning actives.
Standard Boarding Facilities
All boarding students’ live in the school hostels within campus. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Each hostel is supervised by qualified boarding staff that ensures the welfare of all children under their care.
There is a stimulating programme of activities that make life out of school socially interesting and educational. We provide a home where student learn how to care for themselves, their rooms, their belongings and care for the larger community in which they live.
We believe that all students should have the feeling of being home__away__from__home. We have well equipped and fully furnished accommodation which is (well standard fan for the comfort of our students. Students have access to study areas, reading materials, board games, DSTV as well as laundry and ironing facilities. The dormitories are of different sizes with rooms ranging from 4 to 10 students.
Home school partnership is essential to our success. Parents and guardians should always contact the school to discuss issues affecting their child/ward. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
These activities provide a channel for enhancing and extending lessons learned in the classroom.
They offer the students the opportunity to apply academic skills in a real world context as part of our holistic educational programme. Club activities take place every Friday from 1:00-2:00pm

ACHIEVEMENT & AWARDS
- 100% in JSCE examination 2018/2019
- Spelling Bees. We came 2nd & 3rd in the spelling Bees held on 25-02-2020
- We came first in Rev. Tunde Afe I.C.T competition held on 2nd March 2020
- In the progress (F.M) I.C.T competition held on 3rd of March 2020, we came 1st and 3rd
- We had 100% in the JSCE released in November 2020, 100% in unified exam 2020
- The school came 2nd in I.C.T competition organized by Radio Nigeria on 30th march 2021
- 100% in both JSCE and Unified exam in September 2021
- 100% in NECO SSCE in 2020/2021 session.
- Good result in both JAMB, WAEC and NECO
